Richard F. Dyas

President

Mr. Dyas is an experienced health care management consultant and compliance expert, and strategic planner with more than 29 years of experience in healthcare information technology and health law and policy issues.

He has in-depth knowledge of the acute care hospital budgeting process, computer software contracts, applications, utilities and network communications surrounding acute care and home care information systems. He has managed outsourcing and off-shore projects in the US, India and Europe. He has served on healthcare providers boards of trustees as a member of Finance, IT Steering and Risk Management committees.

He has held director-level leadership positions with First Consulting Group, DMR/Fujitsu and has been an independent consultant and HIPPA subject matter expert to the State of New Jersey Health and Human Services Department.

Mr. Dyas holds a Masters Degree in Jurisprudence, (MSJ) in health law and technology from Seton Hall University School of Law, a BS in Business Administration (marketing) from Thomas A. Edison College- State University of NJ, along with being a Member of ACHE Certificate in government from the Bloustein School of Government at Rutgers University.

Lawrence J. Voyten

As a senior healthcare business executive, Mr. Voyten has expertise that includes multiple healthcare business development projects, new program construction, operational improvement management and clinical design functionality. Additionally, a primary focus has been complex healthcare information technology consulting service solutions including leadership training, technology trends, technical products, security, outsourcing, data centers, training and application management. He is skilled in working with senior and operational management in decision-making, project planning, project implementation.

Mr. Voyten served in multiple consulting leadership positions for firms such as Ernst and Young, Keane, Inc and Marconi Communications. His clinical background has included several director positions in practice management and nursing. He has held various association leadership positions including president of AAMN and regional HIMSS along with his faculty roles with ACHE and Case Western Reserve University.
